Clinical Trial Agreements: Avoiding Problem Indemnification Clauses
Are you protected from million dollar payouts? Many clinical trial investigators are greatly mistaken when they assume that insurance coverage or the institute they work for will protect them when an error causes a trial participant to become injured or die.
Indemnification clauses have been at the center of many clinical trial lawsuits and continue to be a top priority when creating clinical trial agreements. Depending on the agreement, even the most carefully worded contract clause may simply be non-enforceable.
In 90 minutes, J. Michael Slocum, will explain how you can effectively craft contractual indemnification clauses to protect both you and the trial participant.
During this webinar, you will:
Learn to select appropriate language: statutory and common law parameters
Discover avoidable issues that arise within common boilerplate clauses
Learn to evaluate common demands during clinical trial agreement negotiation
Categorize the risk as high or low, from your indemnification language
Identify the responsibilities of the trial participant and sponsor: Distinguish who is responsible according to law
J. Michael Slocum will also answer your team's questions in the Q&A session.
Who should attend...

For one low price, you and your entire team from one location can take part in this fast-paced, insightful webinar. Best of all, you'll be able to connect personally with our panelists when we open up the phone lines for live Q&A.
